“Stay curious!” with David Lurey

I was wondering what David would come up with for this full day of Bhakti Vinyasa, but I have taken classes with him before and I knew it wouldn’t be disappointing,

David is wonderful, very engaging, fun and creative teacher. He always warms our hearts with some vibrant chanting, followed by interesting open questions and philosophical insights into yoga practice, and of course the practice itself. Today we were exploring evolution through our bodies, connecting with each other, we rolled around the floor, played games and gave our bodies some restorative time and also had moments of stillness.

David transmits playful spirit and goodness, and isn’t it what we all want? I am thankful to have spent this day just like we did.
