movement as therapy

We were invited by Meghan Currie to call in all spectrums of our awareness to the NOW. We started the practice with an ocean of OM’s and an afterward collection of all the remaining tiny bits of the beautiful vibration that were created from so many hearts singing together.

Guided by Meghan’s sweet voice, we moved as slow as we could to feel everything and create sentience. Meghan explained that for her, moving slowly is therapy, because when you move slow, you magnify your awareness and find all the bits and pieces that are in between, the fragments that need to be discovered and digested, not leaving anything behind or unnoticed. Moving this way, she said, creates true strength because it accelerates our capacity to listen, we are calling ALL our power to the HERE, to the NOW, and we can choose how to use our perception.

Today was an introduction to Meghan’s unique teaching style and some basic concepts. During the next days, we will build up on today’s teachings to continue exploring the therapy of moving super slowly and with all our awareness.
