“When we honor the intelligence of our bodies, we are honoring the highest intelligence, that which is inherent to all creatures of nature…” Meghan Currie
We have completed six weeks of teacher training with Meghan Currie. They have been powerful, intense, at times overwhelming but definitely transforming days.
These weeks have been focused on going deep into ourselves and discovering all aspects that compose us. We have opened up to access our most unknown corners in order to get to know it all, acknowledge it all and be able to work with it all for the greater good. We have explored tools that can help us face our emotions, sensations and beliefs about ourselves and others in order to tune into a place of authenticity, having confronted all the layers and filters that limit us from connecting to the highest truth.

Meghan titles her trainings and workshops “Intrinsic Genius”. This is because when she is teaching, she is motivating everybody to tap into their unique intellect. As she so eloquently explains it: “when we honor the intelligence of our bodies, we are honoring the highest intelligence, that which is inherent to all creatures of nature. As you allow this intelligence to move through you in the most unique and magical ways, you will discover the immense array of possibilities that will begin to unravel”.
In her classes, she encourages everyone to visualize each challenge as a pathway, as a door way, a part of our process to teach us how to go deeper and deeper into ourselves. The breath is a powerful tool that anchors us to the present moment, where everything is taking place. Honoring the present state of our bodies and minds, she explains, shifts your perspective, for we are no longer moving from the ego, but are connected to the supreme intellect that moves the entire natural world.
Love to all!
