“Out beyond the ideas of right doing and wrong doing there is a field, I will meet you there” Rumi
“This is the place where equanimity exists, this is the place where the Yang and the Yin are balanced. And equanimity only comes from acceptance and surrender, we need to be able to let go of fixed ideas and illusions to accept things as they are and tune in to the beauty and reality of the present moment (Ying quality) instead of always trying to change things (Yang quality)”
These were some of the words Biff Mithoefer shared at the beginning of a beautiful Yin journey.
We were guided into different poses accompanied by poetry, the drums and voice of Prema Mayi (they mentioned that the drum is the most ancient healing instrument).
