BYC highlights shining from afar

Here we are with the new BYC 2015 programe. I feel as if I am unwrapping a present the moment I am opening the link to view it for the first time.

More than anything  I want to see familiar and dear names of KrishnaTakis and Patrick Broome. But also, what´s new? Who are the invited musicians? Who is doing the pre and post conferences? How can Pau surprise us with his choice of presenters?

Well both of my favorite BYC teachers are on the programme. I can relax a little.

I feel more like a little girl in a candy store – so many great workshops are waiting.  Nice surprise is Petros with Jivamukti Yoga from Germany, I heard a lot about him, and I use his music very often during my classes. He has a studio in Munich and he is one of the important Jivamukti teachers, who also mentor during the teacher trainings.
I am happy to see Tiffany Cruikshank all the way from USA with her innovative teaching style. Shiva Rea is back with Prana Flow. Very excited to see Biff Mithoefer with Yin Yoga, I trust that this practice is extremely needed today to balance out all of our way too dynamic ashtangas, vinyasas and give us the soothing deep introverted yoga experience.
These are just some great yogis that are coming to inspire us and share their perspective on these ancient teachings.
